RugbyReady
AI-powered session planning for grassroots rugby — 220 SkillZone activities across 205 skill zones, RFU age-grade aligned, U7 to U18.
Open RugbyReadyPitchReady started with one sport and one problem: coaches spending more time wrestling with WhatsApp threads and Word docs than actually coaching. So we built the session planner we wanted on the touchline — RugbyReady — an app that turns 'what am I doing with 22 eight-year-olds on Sunday?' into a ready plan, with diagrams, in about a minute.
It turned out the problem isn't rugby's. Every grassroots coach — hockey, football, cricket — faces the same Sunday-morning scramble. So PitchReady became something bigger: the home of the READY family. One design system, one planning DNA, a different sport under each accent colour.

Open ClassroomReadyCoaches should spend Sunday morning coaching, not formatting.
Plans are guidance, not gospel — the coach on the pitch is always in charge.
Age-grade rules matter. A U7 session should never look like a U16 session.
Grassroots sport runs on volunteers, so every plan should be simple enough for the parent who's bricking it about leading a drill.
Be ready for the pitch.
Plan and guidance only — coaches are responsible for player and session safety.
